The Strokes unveil ‘Threat Of Joy’ video

It all gets rowdy in this second clip from ‘Future Present Past’.

New York icons The Strokes have unveiled a plush new video for latest cut ‘Threat Of Joy’, proving that they can still cause a bit of a hoo-hah wherever they start playing.

Men with guns and pig masks reign supreme in the clip (which references their recent palaver around a video for ‘OBLIVIUS’ which was deemed “too political” for release) and is the second set of visuals from their recently released ‘Future Present Past’ EP, which boasted the bands first new material since their 2013 album ‘Comedown Machine’.

Recently headlining Governors Ball on their home turf in New York – that surely means we’re entitled to another Strokes show sometimes soon? Yeah? Maybe? Please?
