After countless shows in support of their storming debut album ‘My Love Is Cool’, Wolf Alice are retreating from the live arena to work on album two.
The band released their first full-length last summer, and would have hit the Number One slot in the UK Album Charts if it wasn’t for Dave Grohl, a broken leg and a last minute Florence & The Machine headline slot resulting in them being pipped in to second place at the post.
Since then, the only way has been up, as the band have found themselves playing festivals around the world, blazing a trail for a whole bunch of amazing new British bands.
This last weekend, they played the last show of their run at By The Sea festival in Margate. “No more shows until we have that difficult second album under our belts,” they tweeted. “Thanks everyone, we adore playing for you and you have given us the best times of our lives.”
My Love is Cool came to the end of its tour on Saturday (thanks dreamland)
