It seems like we’ve been blessed by the brilliance of Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Cut To The Feeling’ for all eternity – a pop gem that’s been handed down generations that we can build civilisations upon. We haven’t, but it feels like it.
So – rejoice – it finally has a video. Not a video that’s appeared online then been taken down and left us all looking stupid – but one that’s officially, properly there.
It’s a bit weird, if we’re honest. There’s a couple of minutes of japing about mixed with what looks a lot like product placement (hello modern pop music), then a performance-y bit which is all very nice. There’s a slick flashy section that you’d sort of think was what the whole video was supposed to be like, but hey, we’ll take anything from CRJ. We know better than to second guess our superiors.
