Want a new Yak track? Just ‘Take It’

Moody and noisy it may be but the latest offering from ‘Alas Salvation’ has plenty to grab on to. What are you waiting for?

There’s a new Yak track, which is a good enough reason as any to start turning the volume up.

Taken from ‘Alas Salvation‘, the band’s imminent debut album, ‘Take It‘ is grouchy and stares at its feet as it kicks the kerb but you’ll be hard pushed to escape its melodic snare and wide-eyed intensity. What are you waiting for, just ‘Take It’.

‘Alas Salvation’, produced by Pulp‘s Steve Mackey, is set to land May 13th and includes the rather great ‘Harbour The Feeling‘. To celebrate the release the band are hitting the road. Dates as follows.
