Chvrches have offered up a stripped back version of their latest banger ‘Never Say Die’.
Describing the track as the “the biggest, most cinematic, most progressive” piece of music on new album ‘Love Is Dead’, the band wanted to break the track down to its component parts to see if it worked as a piece of music. Spoiler alert – it definitely, definitely is.
Transformed into a twinkling, piano and acoustic guitar led tear-jerker, it’s a showcase of just what a powerful vocalist Lauren Mayberry is. You can check it out below.
