Låpsley has performed a cover of Foals’ ‘Mountain At My Gates’ live for triple j’s Like A Version – watch the clip below.
“I really like the lyrics, I think it’s really beautiful,” she says of her cover choice. “There’s a lot of images within it.”
“I remember going to Leeds Festival when I was 15 and they were playing on the Main Stage, and crying when they played ‘Spanish Sahara’,” she adds.
Lappers has not long joined the line up for Reading & Leeds herself – she’ll perform on the Festival Republic Stage on Saturday (Reading) and Sunday (Leeds).
