Metz have released a new video for their track ‘Drained Lake’.
It’s the latest cut from new album ‘Strange Peace’, released a few weeks back via SubPop. “The songs on ‘Strange Peace’ are about uncertainty,” Alex Edkins recently explained. “They’re about recognising that we’re not always in control of our own fate, and about admitting our mistakes and fears. They’re about finding some semblance of peace within the chaos.”
The band are touring the UK this November, with a four-date run that visits:

24 Leeds, UK – Brudenell Social Club
25 Brighton, UK – The Haunt
