Watch the new video for Viola Beach track ‘Boys That Sing’

“We think it’s a perfect tribute,” say the band’s families.

A posthumous video has been shared for Viola Beach track ‘Boys That Sing’ – check it out below.

The partially animated clip was inspired by the song’s lyrics, and features live action footage shot on location in the band’s hometown, Warrington.

A statement released by the band’s families reads:

“We are happy to reveal the music video for ‘Boys That Sing’, which has been fantastically animated by local animators, MacKinnon and Saunders.

“We think it’s a perfect tribute to Jack, Kris, River, Tom and Craig and also to the town that they were so proud to call their home.”

Viola Beach and their manager were on tour in Sweden when their car fell from a bridge into a canal 18 miles from capital city Stockholm, killing all five passengers.

The group’s album is out now via the band’s own label, Fuller Beans Records. Pick it up here.
