Weezer are ace. Wavves are ace. Weezer and Waves together is predictably looking rather ace. We’re dead good at maths.
The two bands are joining forces for a split 7”, ‘Fake Smiles And Nervous Laughter’, released via Wavves frontman Nathan Williams’ label Ghost Ramp. It features a previously unreleased Weezer song, to which it lends the release its name, and a Wavves cover of Weezer b-side ‘You Gave Your Love To Me Softly’. It’s up for pre-sale from September 12th.
